Adobe is a great company to work for. It actively promotes a culture of being the best version of yourself and incentivizes you to becoming that. I have worked in other high-tech companies, and the grind can be overwhelming. However, Adobe’s approach is different in that they recognize that if everyone is striving to be better, then the company is also the best version of itself.
There are a lot of people that have many years working for the company. People love working here, and I think attrition is low. This is actually a pro, but it makes upward movement only possible by growing the organization, which is a pro and a con.
Great work setting the vision and empowering us to work on it.
There was one HR-like team round before the loop. The three rounds in the loop were: 1. Technical LeetCode 2. Behavioral 3. System Design LeetCode was hard, and System Design was very low-level, with back-to-back questions.
The process started with an Online Assessment (OA), followed by a final round interview. The OA was generally easy. The team likely had too many applicants overall. There was an optional kickstarter Zoom meeting.
First, there was an initial hour-long meeting with a manager to discuss two recent projects I had worked on. The next round was three technical interviews, each with two team members. This was followed by a final interview with a director.
