I only felt few benefits in Adobe were good, like global holidays, paternity leave, and there were no layoffs, so job security was there.
No work-life balance as claimed by Adobe. Not sure of other teams. My team was distributed over Noida and Bangalore, and there was favoritism towards people in Noida since the manager was from there.
