There is a lot of work, ideas, and possibilities for professional growth.
Over the past five years, I have encountered several challenges that have impacted my job satisfaction and productivity.
Salary and Work-Life Balance: The current compensation does not seem to align with the workload, and the work-life balance is often compromised. There have been instances where working beyond standard hours, including around the clock, has been expected.
Management Experience: My experience with management has been particularly challenging. I’ve had two direct supervisors in the last five years, both of whom demonstrated poor leadership. They occasionally raised their voices, creating a stressful work environment. While my current manager is slightly better, it seems the company consistently hires managers who do not prioritize employee well-being.
Strategic Planning: The company’s approach to planning has been problematic, often leading to disorganization and inefficiencies.
I believe addressing the issues from my feedback could not only improve individual job satisfaction but also enhance the company’s reputation and productivity.
