After referral from a third-party recruiter, my first contact was a call with the hiring manager in Engineering. We spoke briefly about Adobe and the role, and my experience, then moved into technical questions.

Excellent process, well-prepared. Awkward questions were asked to prepare a presentation on real live data. Asked back for a second interview with the team and to meet my direct reports. All very professional. Received an offer the next day.
