Not seen anything yet. I am a few weeks old employee.
They have complementary sodas and drinks. Instead, I would suggest the company offer fruits to the employees; that is good for health and well-being as well. But this is not a big deal. My suggestion is because, apart from that, so far I have not found anything else.

1. OA - 1 hour long (2 questions) 2. Pool of interviews with different teams 3. Code along (LeetCode Easy) + behavioral (mine had a panel) They focused more on behavioral aspects, ensuring the candidate was excited and had relevant experience.
