Free cab, free food, and a lot more, which just put pressure on your wallet if they are not present in the company. I think this should be done by every company or MNC to keep employees motivated.
No work pressure, at least not in the team that I worked in or the teams with which I worked. No pressure if there is a timeline. Constant reminders are not sent to complete the work; everyone owns their responsibility to complete on time.
No micromanagement, which I faced in my previous companies and is really frustrating when your professional peers or managers do not understand your personal space.
No cons, just temp employees are not easily converted to permanent ones. They lack a few more benefits that are there for permanent ones. Else, temp employees are treated much better than even permanent employees in other companies.
Please allow quality work and growth for temp employees too, just like permanent ones. Make some of them permanent – not all, but at least 30-40 percent who are really good, even better than your permanent employees.
