Great new office. Compensation is extremely competitive, and the set of benefits—while perhaps not including things like a "free massage room" or public transport—offers many concrete and helpful resources, services, and education reimbursements. What impresses me the most is that this company (and particularly the Basel office) probably has the highest number of "all-rounder" engineers. I see that most of the people can switch from backend to frontend, from one technology to another with confidence. It's a great environment to grow as a professional. Internal mobility is well supported by managers.
