You get to work with senior developers and learn something new.
I have been at Adobe for 3 months. I have literally zero work-life balance.
My daily work is at least 12 to 15 hours, even on weekends.
I have been working for the last 4 weeks without using my weekends, and I can't even be allowed to log hours for extra hours and weekend days.
When I complained to my manager, he said, "We are on a critical timeline." But for a few days, it is OK, not for 3 months.
