Fun and Interesting Place To Work
With most teams moving to Agile development, the environment is more fun. There is a lot to be said for working on products with millions of users, so it is very satisfying to do good work. As an avid user of almost everything Adobe before, during, and after working there, I thoroughly enjoyed working there.
There is a fair amount of bureaucracy internally, as you might expect with a large corporation. It can be hard to get heard without knowing the right people, but it's not necessarily that hard to go find and talk with the right people.
