The work-life balance here is excellent, though some teams (especially those working on newer features) might have to spend a weekend or two here.
You're exposed not only to the entire gamut of technologies that the market currently has (Adobe has numerous new projects and is constantly updating, so there is always a plethora of new technologies to sift through), but the company really believes in keeping employees at all levels engaged with the end user and hence the business side of things.
Whenever the company takes a leap forward in newer domains, employees are updated about the same. Such engagement really broadens your horizons.
I hardly think there is a con working at Adobe, unless you're part of some ancient product line-up which is going to be discarded. Even then, you can always switch teams.
Keep up the great work. Adobe is my first company, and what a welcome I've had. :)
The interview was online and smooth. There were 2 rounds of data structures and 2 rounds of low-level design. Interviewers were very supportive. I loved the whole process. The difficulty was around 3.5/5.
The process was smooth. I applied through a referral and went through 3-4 rounds of interviews, which all went smoothly. The last round was a JavaScript round, which was supposed to be my tech stack. However, the interview was conducted in TypeScript
The interview process was quite lengthy. HR took a lot of time to schedule the interview, and there was a significant gap between each round. The interviewers, on the other hand, did an amazing job. The interview consisted of: * One HR round * Two
