Best company to work for, with some of the worst managers
A bouquet of benefits that no other company offers, and it is unmatchable. The work is good.
The managers who have been with Adobe for more than 10 years are experts at manipulating things and playing politics, especially with newer employees. They will knowingly undermine your good work to highlight that of others.
We need to refresh managers to speed up the integration of newer thought processes. Otherwise, it will be difficult to manage the repo of a great place to work.
