A lot of smart people work here, so there is no shortage of talent and experience to learn from. You get to interact and work with all the stakeholders very closely.
Adobe is great at taking care of its employees. It provides great pay, a good health plan, and regular events to keep everyone interested. There is also freedom to work in the way that pleases you.
With the inclusion of a lot of new people, Adobe has lowered the standard of people they are hiring. The standard of discussions among peers has reduced a great deal. Apart from this, there is a lot of stagnation in older projects. If you are trapped in one of those, there is no scope of innovation or growth.
Kindly improve the standard of hiring. Please focus on quality and not quantity.

The process was smooth. I applied through a referral and went through 3-4 rounds of interviews, which all went smoothly. The last round was a JavaScript round, which was supposed to be my tech stack. However, the interview was conducted in TypeScript
The interview process was quite lengthy. HR took a lot of time to schedule the interview, and there was a significant gap between each round. The interviewers, on the other hand, did an amazing job. The interview consisted of: * One HR round * Two
