The work is very non-technical and there is not much to learn. Most of the time, you would be doing manual tasks. I am not sure about other BUs.
It will also be a problem later if you want to move to another organization, as you won’t be learning much. Many of the colleagues I have talked to even refrain from attending an interview due to fear of rejection.
