Sometimes I get choked while seeing how much bootlicking people do here, right up to the senior management. Everybody is licking their bosses, and it has become a standard expectation here.
All they need to do is the bare minimum work and keep shouting how much they have done.
Only those folks get bonuses and hikes who are the loudest in describing what they are doing, bootlick their manager, and care about making the manager happy instead of customers.
Altruists can be shocked at how much backbiting and backstabbing goes on here in the team. You cannot trust anyone. People are so double-faced that you will feel constant toxicity.
You can face terrible WLB occasionally.
Noida management team, just look at yourself and reduce bootlicking. Favor technical expertise instead of politics.
Learn to reward efforts and care about who is actually working versus who is just shouting. Stop being so freaking double-faced.
A lot of mediocre people need to be fired, as they are damaging the team.
For folks wishing to join, please have a thick skin and avoid politics. You can sail through for a couple of years if you just work. If you can play politics well, you will succeed here.
This is also a manager's heaven; people will push you to take leadership and handle some of the manager's workload so that he/she can use you to grow further.
Overall, it will be an okayish experience. Not so bad, not so good.
The interview was online and smooth. There were 2 rounds of data structures and 2 rounds of low-level design. Interviewers were very supportive. I loved the whole process. The difficulty was around 3.5/5.
The process was smooth. I applied through a referral and went through 3-4 rounds of interviews, which all went smoothly. The last round was a JavaScript round, which was supposed to be my tech stack. However, the interview was conducted in TypeScript
The interview process was quite lengthy. HR took a lot of time to schedule the interview, and there was a significant gap between each round. The interviewers, on the other hand, did an amazing job. The interview consisted of: * One HR round * Two
