Flexibility, nice office work environment.
Long hours, limited room for growth.
The process was long, mostly due to the time of year I began interviewing. I started the interview process at the end of Adobe's fiscal year, so my onsite interviews were delayed for some time until budget was allocated, etc. In total, I had: * A
There were four, one-hour interviews. It was clear that the interviewers didn't talk to each other between sessions, as the first three interviewers all asked me to write a for-loop on a whiteboard, presumably to make sure I wasn't in the wrong room.
Was brought in as a personal referral. Had an initial phone screen and then proceeded to an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 4 rounds of interviewers along with a lunch interview where I got to meet the team. Received an offer 2 days late
