Executives are on Forbes' overpaid list.

Engineers, who are the backbone, are not paid bonuses. Engineers don't stay longer because of this reason.

Become market competitive. You cannot show more profits by cutting employee bonuses.

Everyone deserves a bonus, not the executives alone.

Advice to Management

Bring back the bonus policy and retain talent. Good management without smart engineers will not succeed.
