Overall, a good place to work
Right people doing the right things. A very comfortable place to work. A very good compensation package with a lot of perks.
It's hard to grow within the company. Also, this year there was no salary review. With the profit-sharing plan also not working this year, it's a significant decrease in total compensation.
More support for new projects.
