Nepotism toward Indians. Low salary, but you get a chance to enjoy the next level of toxic culture from Amazon. You have to work 7 days a week, 12 hours per day, otherwise you will get PIP or silent layoff. Top performers who are actually producing won’t get promoted. You have to be Indian and learn how to backstab; politics is the key to success here.
Adobe is a sinking ship now. It’s far behind the AI wave. Management should own the outcome and stop coasting ASAP.
