I joined because they offered a bigger salary than what others were offering at that time, and the benefits were good too.
The company has been nominated as the best employer two or three years in a row, and has now settled. The competition, however, offers much more attractive benefits and compensation.
Don't just settle with what the competition is doing. Keep on doing whatever it takes to be on top, the best of the best. It's hard, but it pays off.
