Good benefits. Good office location.
Lower management is not good and they work to save their job. If needed, they ruthlessly treat you badly.
Be aware of people who have been with Adobe for a long period of time. They are there because they know the process and know how to keep themselves safe.
There is a big disconnect between what upper management is saying versus lower management. Upper management tries to convince you to be innovative, take risks, and so on. But lower management does the exact opposite. They advise not to take risks. If you come with an innovative idea, they will kill that right in front of five people and shut you down.
Look around, who in the company has been there for a long period of time? Are they dead wood? They say Adobe doesn't fire people, but they do to keep themselves safe.
These folks don't have a stand, and one day what they say, the next day they don't support the same.
The interview process was like any other: * Recruiter screen * Technical screen * Round of five technical interviews Everything was smooth, and all the interviewers were very friendly and professional. HOWEVER, nobody ever reached back to me
The Adobe interview process was conversational and focused on both my background and fit for the role. Most of the discussion centered around my previous research and project experience, where I explained my contributions and how they connect to Adob
Initial phone screen by recruiter. Technical screen with an engineer. Second round with more engineers and tech leads. Third round with managers and directors. Fourth round for final selection and offer preparation.
