Good Policies, Culture Lacking
Very good work policies, environment, diversity, health, and community.
Grows fast, hires a lot of people to keep up and not necessarily to fit the culture. Basically, I found no community culture there, though there are a lot of good people, but some weird ones as well.

SRE Engineer
Lengthy interview process (5 interviews): - 3 technical interviews - 1 manager interview Also completed a coding assessment where I had to implement something in a programming language of choice. They chose to go on with a more experienced candidate
Software Engineer
The interview had four stages: one hour, two technical interviews, and one with the team. The format was acceptable, and the interviewers were well-trained. The difficulty was average. One of the technical interviews included a practical problem.

It was just a technical interview. The language I was asked about was C++. I was given the choice to choose the language I was going to be asked about. The interviewers were very pleasant.
