Good compensation, work-life balance, and culture. Everyone is genuinely friendly and collaborative. The company seems to have clear objectives and values employees.
Like all larger companies, it can be more difficult to advance versus at smaller/mid-sized companies. I don't think there is anything that Adobe can do about this though.
