Adobe is great. Join if the brand sounds attractive. Not many think so after the big tech layoffs these days.
On a side note, Accenture and Deloitte are more respectable in the consulting field.
Stay away from ACS or GDC service organization. That is Wipro in disguise.
This is the only department in Adobe India with petty politics. You will be in the cross-fire of ex-Wipro vs. ex-Capgemini and so on.
This is the best place to kill your talent if you happen to spend more than 5 years!
Forget C, C++, Python. You will need different languages to move up the ladder. You know what I mean. Old-timers think they are kings!
If at all management cares, a refresh at all levels can bring in some fresh ideas and kill the toxic groupism.
