Excellent peers and working environment. Adobe hires top-level employees, and working among them is always a good experience.
Hidden politics at the management level is a turn-off. Hiring one year and shedding all important employees the next year is normal at Adobe. As a result, it ends up as a top-heavy company, especially in EMEA, with contractors filling in.
There is a clash between Adobe and Day methodologies, practices, management, and ways of doing things. This needs to be addressed to make Adobe a uniform and successful company.
