Overall, Adobe is not a good company to work for, as it was two years back.

HR and the hiring manager will promise you many things in terms of salary and work. Do not fall for that.
Maybe you guys are not aware of it, but the people are really, really running out of motivational factors. Morale is very, very low. You removed profit sharing because of the recession; that was okay. Now the recession is over, and there's still no profit sharing. You don't deserve to boast of so much quarterly revenue and profits. If you don't care about us, we don't care about your profits.
