I had great rounds of interviews where I could really feel the company culture coming across the interview process. That shows consistency.
I made it all the way up to the 5th round (out of 7).
Between interview rounds, they were very responsive. As a negative point: after going through my 5th round, I had to wait longer than usual for any answers (that made me realize I might not have made it to the next round).
Since I didn't get any replies, I had to reach out to them for news, and only then they got back to me with the news that I didn't make it.
Overall, my experience was good, but I wish they had been as reactive when everything is going well as when they need to communicate to candidates who are no longer of their interest.
I can't remember many at the moment, but the "Why the career switch?" did come across.
What's the value I can bring to the team?
