Started the interview process with an introduction and chatting. Mostly talking about my motivations, aspirations, and why Adyen. It was a great chat for me to learn about the company.
Few days later, the next round was a HackerRank problem that I needed to solve within the given time constraint.
Following that was an on-site interview to review my solution. I had to explain why I solved it that way, and again, there were a lot of "why" questions.
There were a few culture rounds. Technically, the company wanted to make sure that I am able to adapt to the way Adyen is working, especially the Adyen Formula.
Last but not least, I had a chance to interview with a board member, which was interesting to me. This time, I was given time to ask more questions.
Overall, I had a good experience throughout the whole process.
