A long, extensive, and total waste of time with inexperienced people that treat you like a doll. They put you through at least 5 stages that could take more than 2 months. They share tons of material even for the first interview with HR, when it's just a discovery call. If you expect to receive follow-ups? You are not in the right place, buddy, because you will have to do it by yourself. Don't forget that you could be disqualified by any subjective and less than important topic that an interviewer could feel. They ask you to invest time outside (a lot), and their treatment is quite biased. Many steps of the interview, you will find questions that repeat over and over, and you will have to put your best face on, like a recording.
