First, there was a HackerRank test of 3 questions. I solved the first and third questions correctly, but the second answer was missing a small point.
The second round was a technical interview about reviewing the HackerRank answers. I could explain and even improve my solutions on HackerRank, and I passed the technical stage.
The final round was a Leadership and Board interview where one recently promoted team lead and a higher-level executive joined. The team lead was hard to understand, and the executive was not talking much. I did what I could, but it was not a fruitful communication, and I failed at that stage.
