Worst interview ever!
First "culture fit" round was standard and ok.
Second interview, "technical knowledge", was a complete sham. It was taken by two people, although one person was definitely the lead interviewer. The person was not prepared with questions beforehand and spent a lot of time just thinking what to ask next. Questions were ludicrously basic. Halfway through the interview, I was thinking to myself, "Is this all they are going to ask me?"
Next day, I got an email from the recruiter that I did not pass the interview. The recruiter did not respond to any further emails. This whole thing seemed very suspicious. Best guess, they already had an internal transfer lined up and this whole interview process was a facade.
