The work/life balance is amazing. There are great lunches and coffee at the offices. People are really friendly and nice. You're sure you're gonna be learning a lot and being thrown in the deep end on some topics.
You certainly don't have to do it for the money. In some teams, it seems like there is a bit too much of life in that balance, with people making sure they finish all their stuff on Wednesday to enjoy the other days not really doing anything.
