Things could possibly change with new management with an international background.
Awful place to work at. The tech stack is a joke. But worst of all, racism is the norm. You're basically treated like a slave if you're not Dutch or European. Run while you can.
Get off your high horses and act like normal people. The company isn't worth anything without the people who work there.
