Smart people, great work environment
- You work with a lot of smart people, so you definitely learn a lot.
- It's a friendly and informal environment.
- Both offices are super nice, with good food.
- The big user base all over the world and challenging, sensitive work (due to payments) forces you to be better than yesterday.
- Compensation is not the best.
- Due to the nature of the business, it's not easy to try newest technologies. Making changes to the tech stack is not easy.
- Due to high growth (in terms of employee number), knowledge sharing can be improved.
