Great trust and responsibility for developers. Good salary for starters. Relaxed atmosphere.
Some things are built in-house, which have a better open-source alternative. Developers need months before they feel comfortable working with the system. After those months, it's not much of a problem anymore.
Replace some in-house frameworks with widely used, open-source alternatives.
