Lots of burnouts, which were not cared for at all
- Really good collaboration with other team members.
- Good lunch and coffee in the office.
- No accountability for managers: if you had a conflict with one, be ready for layoff or burnout.
- They claim the company has a flat organization, but it’s the opposite. I never met my skip-level manager. She ghosted me a couple of times when I had some problems.
- No career growth, no clear expectations for each level.
- Nearly everyone in the company knows at least one person who burned out, but management is simply closing its eyes to the root cause.
Be transparent, start to care about people and culture.
