Honestly, very impressed
Informal style; they create a comfortable environment. Really thorough interview process with a large number of rounds. I had multiple opportunities to display my strengths, meet different people, and make an informed decision about joining the company by the time I was done with all the rounds.
Large number of rounds (I had 7 rounds). They are very thorough and want you to meet a large number of team members before they give you an offer. This isn't necessarily a con, but it's something to bear in mind.
