Process
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and we scheduled a 30-minute call.
After that call came a phone screening, and then an "on-site" (in name only, as all meetings were on Zoom).
This "on-site" consisted of coding, system design, and behavioral questions, which is pretty standard.
They use HackerRank for coding and system design, and they actually expect your code to compile and run, so it's not a typical whiteboard interview.
Questions
Implement a randomized dictionary (similar to LeetCode's Insert Delete GetRandom O(1)).

Great pay, great benefits.
They provide you all you need to work.
Offline company meetings each quarter.
Salary review each year.
Cons: Only UoP, not automatic docs generation for tax-deductible work.

Pros: You can allocate time to contribute to the project. There is no rush as in startups and no inflexibility like in corporations.
People (other engineers across Affirm and management) are really helpful and supportive.
Everything is remote. This was the first place which did remote onboarding right. The process was well documented, went easy, and there was no chaos.
Nice additional budgets for tech, lifestyle, and food spending.
Cons: The salary could be higher, but compared to bigger corporations lowering salaries in the Polish market, it's understandable.

Cons: For on-call teams, most receive many pages each week.
Lots of technical debt and internal technologies.
Too much complexity in the platform at all levels.
Internal solutions to common industry problems, written by former employees, undocumented, and difficult to maintain. For example, a proprietary RPC protocol.
Very hierarchical and not at all international, despite good intentions.
