Pros: Comp, benefits, and remote work

Cons: Aweful politics, low empathy, and it's all about optics for the upper management. They will not hesitate to throw you under the bus to cover their own faults. There are a few tenured folks at this company who ruin the experience for everyone with their dirty politics. For some of these folks, it's their first job out of college, and they think they are the sh*t.

Pros: Great benefits and compensation. Good work-life balance.

Cons: Managers are aimless and focus on trivial questions and tasks. Product ideas are not as innovative and focus on marginal improvements.

Pros: I feel like there is a lot of transparency about the state of the company, which makes the relationship with the executives feel genuine. Max does a great job of staying engaged with the team and driving as a leader, not a dictator like some executives I've seen in the past. In terms of my position, I felt the pressure when I first started due to a drive to reach a product launch on time. This was a new experience for me, but I never felt taken advantage of or overworked. My team is great, and I have only good words about other teams I have worked with at the company.

Cons: It is a larger company, but still in a pseudo start-up mode, so it can be fast-paced at times.
