The standard coding phone screen question wasn't too hard, but I messed up. It was something about keys and maps. The interviewer had a good personality; he was helpful and encouraging. Overall, there was nothing bad about the experience. That's what I have to say about this experience.

Cons: For on-call teams, most receive many pages each week.
Lots of technical debt and internal technologies.
Too much complexity in the platform at all levels.
Internal solutions to common industry problems, written by former employees, undocumented, and difficult to maintain. For example, a proprietary RPC protocol.
Very hierarchical and not at all international, despite good intentions.

Cons: It all depends on your manager (some of them are great and some not).
There's lots of pressure to deliver several projects without clear deadlines. Even documentation and knowledge are missing.
Information does not flow well enough; it's a bit messy.
