Pros: The work is very interesting. It is an opportunity to be as hands-on as you desire and learn so much from very talented roboticists. There is a lot of hiring going on, and the new set of leaders all come with good industry experience and are setting up a solid process. Though it might take some time to stand it up and start benefiting from it.

Cons: Usual growth pains of a company of this size. Very complex technology and not too many people know the robot end to end, so the same set of engineers get pulled in for debugging.

Pros: The work is very interesting. It is an opportunity to be as hands-on as you desire and learn so much from very talented roboticists. There is a lot of hiring going on, and the new set of leaders all come with good industry experience and are setting up a solid process. Though it might take some time to stand it up and start benefiting from it.

Cons: Usual growth pains of a company of this size. Very complex technology and not too many people know the robot end to end, so the same set of engineers get pulled in for debugging.
