The work is very interesting. It is an opportunity to be as hands-on as you desire and learn so much from very talented roboticists. There is a lot of hiring going on, and the new set of leaders all come with good industry experience and are setting up a solid process. Though it might take some time to stand it up and start benefiting from it.
Usual growth pains of a company of this size. Very complex technology and not too many people know the robot end to end, so the same set of engineers get pulled in for debugging.
Keep bringing in solid leaders at first level like the more recent ones. Find ways to attract talent. We need a lot of them!
