Quick response after I applied online. Set up an initial meeting and it seemed like everything went well. They told me it was a good fit with my personality and experience and they wanted to move on to schedule my next meeting with the hiring manager and engineering after that. Then they just ghosted me. Didn’t hear anything back after a week. Sent a couple follow up emails checking in and asking if they were still interested in moving forward and still haven’t heard anything back after over a month. Seems safe to say they went in another direction.
