I was contacted by HR via email, and we then had an initial 30-minute discussion. The process included 4 rounds of interviews:
For the first two rounds, the interviewers didn't show up, so I had to email them to get them rescheduled. This happened twice.
After the interviews, I had to follow up many times regarding the status. Almost a month later, they set up the third round of interviews. All three interviews went well for me; I answered almost all the questions.
After repeatedly emailing them for the status, I received a standard reply stating that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. I asked for detailed feedback, but there was no response.
This whole process took almost two and a half months, which felt like a waste of my time. The people involved were very unprofessional and didn't seem to care about the precious time of the candidates.
