I applied to Agoda in late October 2019. Before this, I prepared for it for two months with System Design and Problem Solving. I was pretty confident I was a good fit for this job.

I had two CoderPad interviews. I was told via email those were to evaluate my coding skills. However, at the interview, I wasn't asked for any problem-solving and no technical questions were asked.

I was asked about my work at the office and my project management skills. I have two years of experience, and the job was for entry-level. I didn't expect to be asked about project management.

The part that made me feel bad is that I don't know what I need to improve to get into Agoda.

I contacted the recruiter for more feedback, but she didn't give me any answer.
