Process
First, I was contacted by HR. Then, I had a Skype interview with the manager. I received an invitation for a face-to-face technical interview in my home city, as people from Agoda were visiting.
Following that, I was invited to visit the Bangkok office for face-to-face interviews with VPs, managers, and engineers.
The people were polite and seemed genuinely keen for me to join the company. I believed this to be true. It was quite confusing to receive no offer afterward.
Perhaps this is just the Asian style of business.
