3 rounds of interviews:

Behavioral questions: This process is done on a website. You will be given a question and will record your answer yourself. If I remember correctly, each person will have 4 minutes to think about the answer, after which the website will automatically start recording. You are allowed to record the video twice. You can watch your recording and re-record if you didn't like your first try. There are 3 questions in total.

Technical questions: The interviewer will ask about your experiences and review your resume. They will ask you to write simple code in a language you are comfortable with, which should be related to your position. I suggest reviewing basic algorithm problems.

Cultural fit (+ technical): They asked me basic behavioral questions, for example, how I would deal with a certain situation. I was also asked to write a basic programming problem.
I would recommend everyone to review the skills you have included in your resume and be familiar with the topics required for the position.

Their focus on data is good. A/B testing. Excellent centralized application monitoring metrics.Cons: Claims to be agile with most teams following Scrum. In reality, Product Owners are Project Managers who micromanage the team. Development Managers are there just to ensure engineers accept whatever timelines POs demand. Absolutely no consideration for architecture or design. Code the fastest, dumbest thing, and you are appreciated. Take a little effort to put in a good design, then a manager starts complaining you are not delivering fast enough. For bugs, put in workarounds. Try finding the root cause and fixing it, then you are not fast enough. They would rather put in a workaround to delay the issue by a month than spend time to fix the root cause. The most common complaint from all software engineers (from all continents) is that their team has the worst codebase they have seen in their career. Scalability is more often achieved by throwing in tons of servers, instead of writing code designed to scale. Bad for a software career. Don't join here! If you join, leave within a year.

Great work-life balance.Cons: • Depending on your luck whether which team and manager you will belong to. • Salary is not transparent; I've heard many cases about underpaid. • Politics. • Too good at advertisement. • Currently, they don't seem to value and retain existing employees. • Unclear career path and self-evaluation is too abstract.
