- Skype interview for about one hour.
- Take-home test focusing on testing.
- Fly-in interview. Fly from China to Bangkok, taking about 3 days. Agoda charged all expenses, including flights and hotel. The interview process took half a day, involving four development manager interviews and lunch with the director of development.

Pros: - A lot of technologies to learn.
- A lot of great people.
Cons: One developer does everything (client-side HTML/CSS/JS & server-side .NET MVC/Web API, etc.), so the quality is not good.
Hire backend people for a frontend team.
