The first round went well.
The second round was problematic. The interviewer didn't show up, and HR provided no communication. This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Pros: Mostly good growth for those motivated. A very nice employer in terms of benefits and remote work, also supportive through Covid. Lots of options in terms of work, teams, and growth.
Cons: Possibly going through a culture change as it reconciles outspoken senior leadership with its core value that *used* to contain 'Be Modest'. So sometimes it is not managing to progress quietly successful people.
