The interview process was standard and informal. People were pleasant throughout.
The final stage, however, seemed to meander and likely did not provide useful insight for the interviewer.
After spending approximately 4 hours on multiple stages for a Singapore-based role, they attempted a bait-and-switch to offer me a Bangkok-based role. This suggests the Singapore requirements were likely just a resume collection exercise. This was quite poor behavior.
