I started with Skype interviews. I had two, which lasted about 45 minutes each. I was mostly asked about what I do, how I would approach certain tasks, and some technical questions. The interviewer mostly took notes and let me talk.

A few days later, I was invited to visit Bangkok for face-to-face interviews. There were four interviews, each lasting one hour. Some involved verbal technical discussion, but most were white-boarding. Questions focused mostly on architecture and scalability. There were also some algorithmic questions, but they were not complex like graphs or trees.
